The rooms are very clean and have both fans and air conditioning. Overall it is the best guesthouse in Kratié - it is close to the river and market but a little outside the main city area which means it is very peaceful and more full of local life.

The owner was very friendly. Budget friendly!! Stay was pleasant. And owner helped in all transportation which was very helpful
