The management met with each other and took down the construction tape, replaced the wooden floorboards on the pool deck, just to make it open and available for our family for the one day. Very much above and beyond normal service and truly appreciated.I think his name was Matias, the bellman, who was five star employee and simply outstanding.

We had booked for a suite with terrace and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

Ambience was great. Hotel has daily activities and special activities as well. Room was clean and well maintained. What impressed me is they sent me a WhatsApp text on the day of my arrival to check my time and of arrival and that they are waiting to receive me. That made me look forward to arriving at their hotel. We also celebrated our kids' birthday there, and they gave complimentary half kg cake and a simple deco at their restaurant. Truly a pleasant stay.

Kambariuose nebuvo ant langų tinklelio nuo uodų, todėl vakare neįmanoma prasiverti lango, nes aplinkui uodų labai daug. Nuvylė pusryčiai, vaisių lėštė buvo nedidelė ir viena dviems žmonėms, paprašius papildymo mums buvo atsakyta. Pati aplinka ir nameliai nieko ypatingo, kaip už tokią kainą Indijoje.

We must recommend Prakash from the reception and Ram, one of the best Sheff in the world that was doing everything he could to cook for us amazing food and not spicy. If we come again to amazing cerala we'll definitely come again to this hotel. Thanks a lot for a wonderful time. Most recommended.
