Well equipped room, especially liked the walk in, rainfall shower and the Molton Brown toiletries. Lovely spa with nice added touches, such as complimentary tea and fruit. The standout features of the hotel for me are, the staff and the food. Breakfast and dinner both absolutely fantastic, maybe the best food I have ever eaten at a hotel. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, always positive and showed an eagerness to please all guests.

They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. We decided to come back every winter. They also offer a diverse and rich breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.

You can also take half board - the dinners are delicious. We were with the dog - a couch and a bowl were prepared in the room for the dog.

Awesome breakfast and dinner with a great choice of varieties and even some specialties. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was going well throughout our stay. I loved the spa facilities and the young gentleman who I made an appointment with for massages was absolutely nice. The rooms were small, but the beds were really comfy with crisp, white bed sheets. Sun beds and umbrellas were available to borrow free of charge, and they even inflated our floats.

We chose the hotel because of location, which is is great. We only stayed for transit so didn't care much about other stuff. Sure the hotel needs renovation and so, but it's not as bad as some reviews suggest. Room was clean, noise wasnt so bad.

It’s a perfect place if you want to relax in a quiet environment. The garden is well maintained, the pool’s temperature was perfect. The rooms were clean, it had every basic equipment in the kitchen that we needed for a few days. There are some rules that the owner kindly asked us to follow and to respect the others who stayed at the property. The owner was nice, flexible with our groups arrival, and even gave us the keys in advance. If you looking for a place where you can relax for a great price, it’s perfect. Stores, beaches, train stations are in walking distance.
