Owner speaks english very well, helped us with different trip connections (Chikabal, Tajumulco) and helped us also much with "dog biting leg problem" (vaccine against rabies...), absolutely beyond the scope of his services.

Super warm, warmer than the smaller pool. The sound proofing was also perfect to block out the noise from the car park, we had a very restful sleep, the matress was awesome. The helpful staff were great. The location, omg the location, it was on the doorstep of everything we actually wanted to see and visit.

Really enjoyed staying here and extended my stay as I liked Xela more than I thought I would! Don Ramon was a wonderful receptionist/host and a mine of information as to where to get the various colectivos to various places. The room was very large and clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower had hot water 👍🏼 The patio area was great to meet people and relax in and the green plants everywhere made it a little oasis. It is also 1 block from the Parque Central so very well situated👏🏼
