Outstanding, cheerful service from the minute I arrived. Breakfast was varied, delicious and generous. I love the land they have, and it’s only a 15 minute walk from the centre. The pool is ideal for cooling off from the sun, and there is a lovely traditional tent you can sit in too. Internet is adequate for emails.

this wonderful lodgel is far from Siwa town and allows the visitor to enjoy his stay in absolute peace. Available both a cold water and a hot water pool. The workers in the lodge are always ready to help you in whatever you need. Hamo, the manager, is super kind, speaks good English, and he can arrange for you all the tours you need and even a take away meal at the hotel, near the pool. Lovely experience.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Marina 5 in the North Coast! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and to our surprise, our booking was upgraded to a beautiful lake view suite. The entire atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and comfortable — exactly what we needed for a short getaway. The staff were all super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with great hospitality!

Great value for money and a great location! Very close to all the nice beaches. I would like to thank all the staff, especially the manager and Fahd who were beyond kind by letting me check out an hour later and later in the afternoon arranged a room for me to quickly shower off all the sand before taking the bus. Fahd found me an amazing and kind driver who took me to some beaches nearby at honest and reasonable prices. The driver even helped me to find an ATM and take me to my bus stop later. Please ask for his services! The staff recommendations were great as well: Ageeba beach, Blue Beach Lagoon and Cleaopatra. Highly recommended!

    Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay.     I had a great experience, I booked the chalet and it was above expectations, very clean stuff are very friendly, food was very good. they have a lot of activities for kids like a show after dinner and a small football playground. there are also some other activities for a fee, like professional football pitch, play station, ping pong and billiards.

    The Hotel was the best one i have ever stayed in my entire life. Everything was TOP NOTCH from staff to the manager every one was super nice helpful, service was fast, in every details.     Only the manager speaks English, it was then hard to communicate my needs with the other crew members of the hotel but I do speak a little and understand so I kind of made it ! And well, they were adorable. I think it is the most important. And they upgraded me for free in a beautiful bedroom with a magnificent front beach view.

    Room was not clean they delayed the check in drain was blocked my wife was poisoned in BHAAR restaurant first day breakfast they mistaken the egg for my son as he is allergic not enough towels in the swimming pool we had to wait for half hour concierge service is terrible

    Was the best surprise in our trip to Egypt. Marsa Matruh has two of the best beaches we ever saw in our lives: Cleopatra and Agiba. For sure we will be back. We loved also the Museum of Marsa Matruh. There is a McDonald's just in front of the beach, so you can eat your "big mac" or an ice cream with an amazing view!!! The people of the city are not very used to meet strangers in my opinion, it seems that differently of Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada, Marsa Matruh is more focused for Egyptian tourism instead of foreigners, so not everybody speaks English there. Prices are cheaper than in other cities of Egypt. We had a taxi driver that became our friend even we only could talk using Google Translate. Very warm personality and we booked him to guide us in all the beaches in a day trip. We can't wait to return to those amazingly beautiful and crystal clear beaches!!!

    The chalet were clean and the terrace lake view was amazing. There are 3 beaches, the front of the resort is good but we enjoyed Sidi AbdElrhman beach. The cafeteria food was delicious and cheap. Owner was friendly and very welcoming. You must have a car to go to the 3 beaches.

    don't go to Matruh in peak season( July & August) too many people are in the streets & on the beaches, choose remote suburban location outside main city if you are a foreigner or Non Muslim women as culture & religion are playing against you if you want to take a dip in the sea wearing a one- piece swimsuit, the city is blessed with splendid nature and is cheap,

    Siwa stands out for its kind and respectful locals, a refreshing change from other parts of Egypt. The overnight journey from Cairo is long, but the stunning salt lakes made it absolutely worth it. Plus, Shali Fortress was a beauty!

    The area have a promising future, but right now beside what is available at the north square and the mall its pretty empty and very over priced, and several locations and restaurants are not accessible unless you are staying at Rixsos. Generally speaking would only recommend if you are staying at Rixsos otherwise staying in other places in North cost is better value for money.

    Our stay was exceptional, the staff was very friendly specially Mr. Ahmed Galal was above and beyond our expectations. All staff were making sure that our stay was perfect. The beach life guards Mohamed Tag and Mahamed Mahmoud were very nice and helpful.
