Hotel Maximilian’s is a historic hotel located in the heart of Augsburg, a 10-minute walk from the Fuggerei Museum. It features elegant rooms and suites and a restaurant with show kitchen. Upon arrival, a few young people came up to our room to deliver macrons and fruit. It was such a lovely surprise!! They were very welcoming and professional. Such a nice bright start to our time in Augsburg. I also LOVE the pillow menu and the smell of the soap in the room.

This historic hotel was built in 1264 and is located at the Markusturm tower in medieval Rothenburg. It features a traditional restaurant and free Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel. We loved everything about this property. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome throughout our whole stay. We stayed in the family room and it was modern, spacious, clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods from sweet to savory. We ate dinner there one night (reservation recommended) and it was the best dinner we had our whole vacation. While my whole family loved their meal; I had the salmon and it was the winner. It was best salmon I’ve ever had. The location is exceptional. You are walking distance to anything you’d like to see. Overall, we loved our stay here and would like to return in the summer. I would absolutely stay here again.

Set in a 12th-Century building, this hotel offers spa facilities and elegant rooms overlooking gardens and the beautiful Tauber Valley. It stands on the edge of Rothenburg’s Medieval town centre. A beautiful place to stay! We had a lovely time here. The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful. We were even treated to a mini sparkling wine to celebrate our honeymoon! So sweet :)

This family-run hotel offers free WiFi in all areas and rooms with balconies overlooking the Allgäu Alps. We arrived early by car. Onsite free parking was a big plus. We were allowed to check into our room several hours before check in time. The staff was most friendly and accomodating. Walking distance from the hotel lies the Old Town of Fussen. The ‘Rewe’ grocery was just a short walk away. Most impressive was the breakfast both in presentation, variety and taste. We would definitely book here again when we return to Fussen.

Mittermeiers Alter Ego is centrally but quietly set in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. This 4-star hotel offers chic, modern design as well as a honesty bar with tea, coffee and water. We love everything about this hotel! The room is just amazing, it's spacious, clean, comfortable and well designed. The shower room is big and the water pressure is really good. The huge bathtub is a big plus too. There's a well equip kitchen in the hotel and guests are welcome to cook there. We are from Asia and loves instant noodle so much, and after 3 weeks in Europe and not eating it once, it comes to our surprise that there's instant noodle in the kitchen and we were so happy to see it, thumbs up for this! This place and the whole town is just too amazing and we will definitely come back here again!
