The host is eager to help, even with limited English. Speaks Russian, Armenian, and French (maybe more).

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

This place is an institution of the town, for good reason. The rooms were large, comfortable and very warm- mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are fantastic. There is a full kitchen for you to use on the property, and the hosts often prepare delicious food for you to enjoy. It is in a central location inside Sevan so it is near to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other essentials. I don't see why anyone would stay at another hotel, unless they just wanted luxury- which there is nothing wrong with.

We loved the property, the hosts were amazing and very welcoming. They made us feel at home and fed us amazing fish and wine! The poolside was beautiful and there’s a short hike right by on the mountain! Amazing stay in Yerevan :)

Севан 3 Ветерок has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Sevan. This 3-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The hotel features family rooms. Sasha was very friendly. He was just opening the hotel and we suddenly arrived! He made everything ready as soon as possible. The fish was fresh and also the breakfast was awesome. Location is perfect, just next to the beach. I was happy and I recommend if you are looking for a value for money stay.
