NH Collection Andorra Palomé is a design hotel, with a peaceful location just 1.5km from Andorra’s Pal-Arinsal Ski Resort. We loved the location of this hotel. It was right next to a little stream which added to the relaxing environment. Also, the restaurant on site was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price! Our balcony looking at the mountains was also a great addition and the staff was fantastic!

Situated in the mountain village of Arinsal, the hotel is a 15-minute drive from Andorra’s centre and 300 metres from the new gondola lift to the ski slopes. I did prepare my breakfast by myself. It's easy and use a little of time to do it. The room is great and big and very clean. We like to find place that close to the place for dinner because sometime hard to find car park if we go to the town.

Very comfortable with great views and facilities. The buffet breakfast was very good value and we made use of it everyday. Friendly staff and many ammenities. We got massages and they were amazing. From US$20 per nightThe people in charge are very nice, they make sure everything is clean. I actually witnessed them cleaning the elevator twice in my 4 night stay. The location is epic, especially if you want to go to Vallnord like we did, just around the corner you get the gondola to go up the mountains. Perfect place for bikers to go in vallnord. Next to the hotel there's a bar with decent prices good food, but can be a bit noisy till around 12am, but with the windows close, it's all good.

Such a beautiful place nestled in a gorgeous valley with the river rushing by. The staff is so kind and helpful, even letting us borrow some poles for trekking. Great restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch that is so interesting decorated. Lots of wood finishing and rustic touches. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable and had a great view of the river and courtyard back towards the main house from the balcony. we stayed in summer and even though the weather didn’t exactly cooperate this stay here made it all worth it. We didn’t use it but it has a gym and yoga room too. Seems like this place is a popular winter choice as well.
