I was pleasantly surprised! This old motel has been totally remodeled and the rooms are large and beautiful!! Everything is new, the beds so comfortable, quiet, great water pressure/shower, room for the dog to run around, amazing personally cooked breakfast, great couple run the place....it could not have been any better. I ever stayed an extra night!

Very convenient to stores, recreation activities and beaches. Many restaurants in area to select from. Ground are beautifully maintained. I will book again at this motel.

Located just off Interstate 93, this motel is within a 10-minute drive of both Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain. It features a heated outdoor pool, a large yard for campfires, and free Wi-Fi access. This is not the Holiday Inn or any other overpriced chain hotel. If that the kind of bland, unimaginative place you want to stay in, go somewhere else. This is a real 1950s style motel that has been lovingly maintained and refurbished. The owners have clearly worked hard to provide a comfortable, spotlessly clean accommodation with a home-like feel. Perhaps all the furnishings don’t quite match but what is there is clean, well kept and in good order. When I checked in I was met by a charming man who obviously takes great pride in his establishment. He is a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area, more than happy to provide useful suggestions about where to eat, etc. The bathroom has been nicely updated, the bed was comfy, the fridge and microwave handy. There is no in-room coffee maker but good quality coffee is available in the lobby 24hours a day.

Set among native forests, directly on Paugus Bay, Birch Knoll is a family-run property overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Great location,the owners are great people and if you don't see something that you require in the room,just ask,I mentioned my wife liked tea in the morning and a kettle was dropped in our room ,full of water within minutes. We will stay again,probably next year as 2 days wasn't long enough.

Situated in Hampton, 300 metres from Hampton Beach Main Beach, Royal Crest Inn - Hampton Beach features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The room was perfect. We stayed on the ground floor in a super modern room. The TV was huge, so was the bed (king size) and the bathroom was super clean. There was even a little kitchen which we did not use. Went to Hampton Beach to see a concert at the Casino Ballroom which was only a couple of minutes away by foot.
