Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. Stayed for 2 nights on either side of hiking Tongariro North Circuit. The hotel is meticulously clean, grounds beautifully manicured, with even all the pots and cups aligned the same way. You walk right onto the past by the river. Rooms were quiet and wonderful. You're off the main road so traffic is minimal. Highly recommended!!!

The room was so lovely, staff were lovely Noticed the amount of thought and love that went into the guest handbook Kitchenette included 2 hobs which was sooo handy Everything felt so pre thought so we had no concerns!
