The room had the quality of a hotel and the comfort and utilities of an apartment. Excellent quality and all the necessary items required.Peter and his wife Tess have been most friendly and extremely helpful with my sick dad. Definitely recommend this beautiful accommodation for single, couple or family travelers. An exceptional place indeed.

The Adelphi está muy bien situado en el barrio de Merivale, Christchurch, a 16 min a pie de Galería de arte de Christchurch, a 2 km de Parque Hagley y a 4,3 km de Estación de tren de Christchurch. Super clean and modern. Erin was very accommodating when our plans changed due to outside factors which caused us to arrive very late. Fresh milk was left in the fridge for a cuppa after a long day. Erin was also very informative about nearby services. Gardens beautifully manicured.
