The rooms were clean and the after-hour check-in process was seamless. Zig Zag motel is in the lovely little town of Lithgow and I would highly recommend it for someone looking for a peaceful stay in the Blue Mountains region.

Blue Mountains Heritage Motel is set in the centre of Katoomba, just 3 minutes' drive from the Three Sisters. Guests enjoy free on-site parking and limited free WiFi per room, per day. amazing quirky and clean ! beautiful bathrooms so clean and fresh. don’t judge it by the look of the outside . room B was super cool and extremely comfortable two bathrooms and a small but good size table area to socialise and have a few drinks. the location couldn’t be better with everything with in walking distance. the most amazing Thai restaurant called Chalk Dee which had been in the same family for over 30 years and the food to Die for !! it’s a 2 mins drive to the three sisters walk and many others. highly recommend the staff are lovely from reception through to the Amazing cleaning staff. we loved the attention to detail with the little lolly stash on each pillow. plenty of coffee and tea as well.
