We go to the Dells a couple of times a year, and it's the first time we had a good night sleep. Will definitely be back!!

Very friendly and when they learned it was my birthday, we got upgraded to a beautiful king size hot tub room!! Was a great room and had so much fun!

The breakfast-Excellent they tend to it and manage to always put hot and fresh food. They even add a fondue the chocolate with pretzels marshmallows and strawberries.The customer service-very friendly.

We were told to try the keg for breakfast and it was pretty good. I think if we came peak of season the coupon book would’ve been more useful. Everyone was very polite and staff was helpful when we needed anything. Stella was a nice dog too.

I liked the pool and that it was in the main street with most of the shops and stuff.. Also staff was friendly.

What was not to like? We were welcomed in like we were part of their family, made treat us with the utmost respect and even upgraded us to accommodate for my service dog..

Just what we needed to stay an extra night in The Dells. The staff was AMAZING. At first our room was right by the smoking table, and we had our baby with us. I asked if there was any way we could move and they were so accommodating. The woman even helped carry out cooler up since we had our hands full. Amazing. Great location being right downtown but with a block or do before the start of the busy shops.
