Nice motel near Dollywood and Smokey Mountains National Park. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Many parking lots available and secured. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Free donuts, cookies and popcorn available at the office :)

For the location and price you can’t beat it. The staff is the best part of staying here and my daughter loves Pepe the parrot in the lobby. Rooms are extra nice and comfortable along with being next door to a grocery store and the exit to Dollywood. My family will stay here as long as it is open. Great motel with easy access to and from Dollywood with the shuttle stop being right next to it. Lots of shops and diners on the easy street and very quiet despite being next to the main roads. Would reccomend!
