Coffee in room. No breakfast and none expected. Diners nearby. Very very clean, comfortable, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and good water pressure for shower. Very polite and friendly owners who appeared to live on site. Two queen beds in room ( we were only two people).Excellent value . WiFi available in room. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
