The receptionists are very friendly and supportive. You can also request higher floor for a better view with the balcony. The area are quiet, good for sleep. There are many restaurants and shop in 500m nearby. She also booked for us the limousine bus to Hanoi with very good price and comfortable bus. Would recommend for anyone come to HaLong to book here.

Genesis Luxury Regal Cruises is situated in Ha Long. The property is set at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. Guests can enjoy sea views. All rooms in the cruise are equipped with a flat-screen TV. All the staff onboard was so kind and helpful. The boat was lovely as were the rooms. The activities were plentiful though not so much so that you felt rushed. We could have easily though spent the whole trip looking at the scenery from the balcony as it is breathtaking. Food was delicious and staff checks to ensure you are okay with the menu.

The ship is very nice, the room was bjg and nicely decorated with big windows and a balcony. The sheared spaces were also spacious and nice. Food was plenty and very tasty, we are vegetarian and at every meal they brought us special dishes to compensate for what we could not eat. Service was friendly and eficiente.

Le Theatre Cruises offers modern cabins for a relaxing time in Lan Ha Bay. Guests can enjoy the sunlight on sunbed in the sun terrace. The cruise also has on-site bar and restaurant. Le Theatre was in my opinion a lovely boat with great outdoor space. Our room came with a balcony. Wonderful crew and staff. We visited the quieter Lan Ha Bay instead of more touristy Ha Long. Food was awesome!

The room (303) was lovely! Amazing view to the Bay from both the bed and the bathroom. The staff, especially Kim from guest relation and Serena our waitress were all really friendly and attentive to our needs. The schedule for the two days was really charged (kayaking, show cooking, rowing to the cave) with (too) little time to relax and enjoy the boat.

The hotel itself was amazing, stunning views, helpful and friendly staff. They even assisted with BDay setup. The pool was awesome, the gym was decent, sky bar and buffet was great.

The cruise was great, staff were great, really kind and attentive, as well as knowledgeable. There are 18 rooms in the boat, but when we attended the cruise there were only 12 guests, so at times it felt like we were alone on the boat. We also really enjoyed the food, there was something to every taste and we enjoyed multiple courses every meal. The facilities were clean, the rooms had really nice view - it was magical to see the sunset, the thunderstorm in the distance, and the sunrise from the comfort of a bed. The bathroom was also really spacious, we had a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. Of course the room was air conditioned. The tours (pearl village, kayaking, ti top island and the amazing cave) were really enjoyable, the tour guide (Lam) was knowledgeable and really kind, took pictures of us and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We also tried squid fishing, although it’s not the season to catch them, it was still fun, and we had a nice chat with Tomi who explained to us how invested all the crew members are. Thanks to all the crew members to make our stay so enjoyable. I really recommend it.
