The cleanliness AND the decor and design or my room was exceptional. Right from the start with the sticker indicating no one had entered it since cleaning - that was great! The mattress was perfect and incredibly comfortable with the linens. The toiletry brand of L’Occitane was such a bonus!!! That was such a wonderful touch. The nespresso machine was a delicious lifesaver for first thing in the morning to get me going. The restaurant downstairs was absolutely 5 star! From the service or staff the minute you enter including the hostess, wait staff and the bartender! The food was absolutely exceptional. This stay exceeded all my expectations and I had high expectations based on the photos I saw of the hotel.
