Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Serene Crest Resort asub Mananthavadys, 20 km kaugusel Banasura mäest. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, tasuta eraparkla, välibassein ja aed. Majutusasutuses on ka toateenindus ja veepark. I spent a year in India doing all kinds of tourist activities and visited lot of resorts. But this resort is very special for me. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. I really enjoyed😊

The food was tasty and we had planned to leave the resort at 5:30 am to head over to the safari, and the staff had prepared sandwiches for us to take along! It was such a thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it.

Pepper Trail asub 200 aakri suuruses kohvi- ja vürtsistanduses ning pakub puumaju, kultuuripärandi nimistusse kuuluvaid sviite ja basseinivillasid. We spent three nights at Pepper Trail and haven't stopped recommending it to family and friends! The setting is stunning - green and lush vegetation on a coffee (and tea) estate that seems to go a long way. Food was excellent - we had dinner there every night and the vegetarian fixed menu was tasty, varied and beautifully presented. The jeep ride through the estate was informative and great fun, as was the bird walk with Gayathri. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing stay in a remarkably beautiful setting - what more could you ask for?

Saugandhika West Gate asub Wayanadis, 5,5 km kaugusel Iidsest Jaini templist. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja aed. The manager Jaznan who were there at reception was a great host. He was there for every need. Ordering food to parking, till our departure, his behaviour will make us come back to West Gate Sultan Bathery again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality Jaznan

Crystal Kuruva Nature Resort & Spa asub Wayanadis, 10 km kaugusel Kuruvadweepist. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, tasuta eraparkla, välibassein ja aed. Viietärnikuurordi kõik toad on aiavaatega. The property is extremely serene and beautifully crafted. We stayed at the villa with a private pool and the room was massive. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for two nights. The best part of the entire stay was the outstanding hospitality shown by everyone from management to housekeeping. We travelled with two small babies and every single request we made was accommodated in double quick time. Also to mention, the food is extremely delicious and well made, we had vegetarian food. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family for a stay here.
