He enquired if we had any special needs( I was traveling with my 2 year old son, a pet and my parents). Each of my requirement was taken care of including facilities for my pet. Pet friendliness - they have specifically designed pet rooms with pet bowl and pet bed. They even curate pet meals for a little extra money. Pets are allowed to be tied near pool, outdoor sitting in restaurant and can we walked on leash everywhere. They also provide poop scoopers and dust bins at multiple places so you don't have to worry about taking your gear. All of staff is extremely friendly with pet and truly made us feel welcome with our pet. Kids - on request, they made special food suitable for my 2 year old and made sure it was ready and warm by the time I reached the resort. Kids play area and game room is rich with toys and games to keep the little one engaged.
