Moreover, was friend was injured before we came to the place and when we arrived the staff helped us and guided us to the nearest hospital. The location was perfect just inside the city walls and the pre-booked parking was right next to the hotel. Other parking was available just outside the city walls, about a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard and always had a smile and kind greeting. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was simple and served on the small terrace. A greater choice of food could be had for an extra cost by ordering from the a la carte breakfast menu. From the hotel it was very easy to walk to all the main attractions and even though you were part of the inner city it was still quiet at night. The bar and terrace of the hotel were open for late night drinks if needed.

She was super understanding when I accidentally broke a hook in the bathroom, and she went above and beyond to provide us with step-by-step instructions for both entry and parking. I was blown away by her level of attention. We will definitely return!

We loved the hot tub, small kitchen and walk-in shower. The bed was also very comfortable. The car was safely parked behind the fence. We stayed there with a baby and the owners themselves asked me a day before arrival if we needed a baby cot and I think it was really nice of them to think of that. The staff was very friendly, the food was great. Even the toilets in the pizzeria downstairs are very clean, I was surprised to find some hygiene pads and even some deodorant in there. It was overall a very pleasant experience, I definitely recommend. If we ever go to Zadar again, we would definitely stay here.

We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building
