La Vista Suites is a beachfront property located in Zadar, 90 metres from Kolovare Beach and 200 metres from Karma Beach. Fantastic apartment. Spacoius, modern and clean. The staff were very service minded and nice. The pool area was very nice.

The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building
