We had an amazing stay at Grange Bank House. We felt very welcomed. Our hosts were always here to help us and guide us to the main attractions and restaurants of the island. The food served at breakfast is amazing and served with joy and love. The bed was really comfortable and the room very clean and well equipped. Thank you again for your hospitality. We felt like we were at home for a few days.

Very friendly and informative landlady. Lovely light breakfast room and great breakfasts. Comfortable bedroom. Super location to explore Old Shanklin and access to the beach and buses. Colourful garden to relax in.

Situated in Rookley, 8.6 km from Blackgang Chine, The Chequers Inn features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. fantastic stay, family room booked and was on point no issues at all breakfast was great, chef was able to meet our requests with two young kids have a meal in the pub at night you won’t be disappointed

Within 10 minutes’ walk of the East and West Cowes ferry terminals, Endeavour House provides luxurious bed and breakfast on the Isle of Wight’s northern coast. A very typical well-run British Bed and Breakfast. Very clean, and very comfortable, Barbara was the consummate host. The location was ideal for us being a 10-minute walk from both Cowes seafront and the Round House. We had no car, so the bus stop very close by was ideal for getting into Newport or further afield. The food was excellent with the opportunity to order from the breakfast menu by text the night before. We will be staying again when we re-visit the Island.

Located in Shalfleet and only 18 km from Blackgang Chine, Old Ningwood Station Bed & Breakfast provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Old Ningwood Railway Station is a gem! Amanda is the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble and I hope to return next year.

St Georges House is situated 8 minutes’ walk from Shanklin town centre and the rail station. From the property, it is a 5 minutes' walk to the cliff-top pathway, which leads down to the beach. I liked everything about my stay at St. George’s House! The location is fantastic…on the far shore of the island in a cute town within walking distance of other cute towns. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean. The common areas are comfortable and spacious. The property is gorgeous, with a small backyard garden meticulously groomed, and flowers filling the space. But the best part of St. George’s House are the owners Mark and Pearly. The hospitality they showed me has spoiled me for all B&B experiences forever more. Every conversation with them was lovely. Every restaurant recommendation they made was spot on. Every piece of advice they gave, in fact. And Mark is such a fabulous chef…I want to return for so many reasons, but I think mostly for the breakfast menu! I stayed 5 nights (or was it 6?) and didn’t make it half way through the menu because I kept getting what I had the day before because it was so delicious. …especially the haddock steak (OMG)…you’ve never had a Belgian waffle like theirs, either. I am a bagel and lox snob but even I was impressed there too. Everything was fantastic. Fresh fruit, sautéed tomatoes fresh from the garden. Each table in the dining room had a vase with sweet pea blossoms picked that very morning. I can’t wait to get back there.

Shanklin Villa are just 2 minutes’ walk from Shanklin’s beaches and the Shanklin Chine ravine. These apartments are housed in a Victorian mansion with a garden. Easy remote check-in. The room was well equipped, warm, clean, and with a good shower. The kitchen was excellent and the cookies appreciated. The location is excellent: short walk to pubs (especially the wonderful Chine Inn), bus stops, supermarkets and footpaths. The (invisible) owners run a highly professional business and we could not fault them.
