Carolyn, the owner, is amazing i.e. welcoming, hospitable, keen to give you information. The room was beautifully decorated with a big en-suite bathroom with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and we had a choice among different options. There is lots of outside space to sit and relax. The house had lots of character and it is the perfect place if you want to get out of the city and immerse yourself into a tranquil place which is very close to the coast. It is a bit difficult to find it because you have to drive a single track road. Although there are some passing places, it is a bit disconcerting the first time, if you are not used to driving in these kind of roads. Overall it exceeded our expectations and strongly recommend.
