For a star rating of 5 stars, the breakfast should be included. Not rather expensive. The Hotel itself is amazing, facilities, staff and all, but the location wasn't described correctly. The hotel is right on the road and all you hear when outside on the grounds , laying at the pool, trying to relax is the constant noise of the cars and trucks and motorcycles racing by.

Facing the beachfront, Hôtel Spa & Restaurant - Son de Mar offers 4-star accommodation in Porto-Vecchio and features a terrace, restaurant and bar. The hotel is excellent and completely new and it is situated at the best location at the beautiful beach. I stayed in an extremely modern and nice big room. The staff was very friendly. The meals were extremely delicious. The hotel has also a fantastic spa center which I was able to use for free. Staying in this hotel was an amazing experience and I will definitely come back. I recommend this hotel to all who want to enjoy and relax. This hotel offers the best food, and relaxation at the beach, in a beautiful room, on a very nice balcony, and in the hotel's spa center.

Facing the beachfront, Hôtel & Spa Rocabella offers 4-star accommodation in LʼÎle-Rousse and has a fitness centre, shared lounge and terrace. Beautiful boutique hotel right in the center of Iles Rouge. Our room was huge and extremly tastefully furnished. The AC was very quiet and very effective. The room itself was supremly quiet and confortable. The service was exceptional and very kind. The breakfast was delicious. The scrambled eggs perpared by the owner herself were a delight, as well as her flan! Parking is available in a large parking lot right next to the hotel. A tip: go eat at L'Escale, it is owned by the same family as Rocabella. The food is fantastic and the service matches it. This hotel was our favourite stay in Corsica and we can't wait to come back!!

Someday our fellow citizens will learn to share these spots instead of simply plugging in and staying put for 2-3 days; ugh! Modern design, plumbing and fixtures. Nice galley kitchen with small dorm-style refrigerator. Short walk to the beach and it’s 3 restaurant/bar options. There are also many beautiful isolated beaches a short drive from town so don’t feel you are stuck if the local beach is too crowded. The building’s infinity-style swimming pool is large and nice and well used with a big shallow section for kiddies yet enough left for moderate adult lap swimming. Oh and there is a big modern grocery on the edge of the other side of town. Much like a US Wegmans or Whole Foods. Variety, quality, scale and plenty of ready to eat fresh items. Large fresh fish section. The Nice ferry docks at ille Rousse so next time we may skip the car rental and ferry, taxi to the condo and not go anywhere for the duration
