Free WiFi is provided. Friendliness and professionalism of all staff. The rooms were airy and well appointed. The view from the balcony was of Mount Teide and the garden. The pool area was exceptional also with a wonderful view of the coast m. Breakfast was generous and high quality, dinner was excellent too with a good choice of wines.

The elegant rooms at the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur have a balcony and sea views. They include an interactive flat-screen TV, and a separate hydromassage shower and bath. Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

Free unlimited spa access is included for all guests over 16 years old. High standard hotel, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and supportive staff, excellent location, grocery store around the corner, a few very good restaurants for a decent price very close to the hotel. Outdoor swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast was great with high variety of food.
