The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the heart of it, the crew, are motivated to make the stay unforgettable.

The Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel 5 * GL has 3 restaurants: "Poemas by hermanos Padrón" with the Michelin Star, 1890 La Bodeguita, specialised in tapas, and Muxgo by Borja Marrero restaurant with the first Michelin Green Star in Spain, featuring a cuisine based in local products KM0. Guest can also enjoy a cocktail in the piano bar Carabela and in the Alis Roof Top Bar. The best hotel we have ever been to.Everything was sensational, from the front desk lady who welcomed us with a bottle of wine in our room because of our engagement,up to the person who cleaned our room.AMAZING LOCATION-ROOM,GARDENS-POOLBAR-XTERNAL TERRACES-RESTAURANTS EVEN THE ATMOSPHERE INSIDE THE HOTEL WHICH BY THE WAY REMINDS YOU A TRUE PALACE. DEFINETELY WE WILL BE VISITING AGAIN.

Excellent location (very close to beach, close to city center), nicely furnished with everything that is needed, available parking. Easy and quick communication with hosts. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Boutique Hotel Cordial Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, within 8.6 km of Parque de Santa Catalina and 300 metres of Casa Museo Colon. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel has a terrace and a bar. The accommodation provides a concierge service and a tour desk for guests. Great location in the old town area, very close to lots of good places to eat and drink. Miguel, on reception was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and he provided some fantastic recommendations of where to eat and what to see. All the staff were very friendly, breakfast was great and the rooftop bar was a wonderful feature. We will definitely revisit.

Where do you start!! We were looking for a relaxing holiday in a fabulous luxury accommodation with stunning views everywhere you looked and that is exactly what we got!! The property and resort itself was immaculately presented throughout. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and made for a beautiful stay. We stayed in a ‘Sea View Apartment with Jacuzzi’ (room 233) and it was absolutely perfect - stylishly presented, enormous balcony which caught the sun all day (11am - 7pm-ish) with stunning views over the pool and everywhere you looked. At the beginning of our stay we had reason to provide constructive feedback to the Customer Services team. It was just a small but important issue which, if resolved, would make for a more enjoyable stay for both ourselves and other guests. The teams response could not have been better - they sympathised with us, thanked us for our feedback and responded immediately to resolve the small issue which was excellent to see and greatly appreciated. Furthermore, because of our inconvenience we received 2 complimentary cocktails which was certainly not expected or necessary but a really nice touch. Puerto Rico itself did not disappoint - lovely beach, restaurants, shopping centre and Mogan Mall all within 400 yards of Grand Horizon. The accommodation has specular views because of its elevated position - 300-400 yards down makes for a nice walk but although the walk back is doable we would recommend the local taxi service for around 4 euros per journey which is very reasonable. Whilst there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from we particularly liked 2 cocktail bars which are adjacent to each other - Selvatico’s and Typsy Bee 😎 Thank you for a lovely stay - looking forward to returning soon. Royal Flats is set in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 300 metres from Las Canteras Beach, 1.1 km from Las Alcaravaneras, and less than 1 km from Parque de Santa Catalina. This apartment offers free private parking, a lift and free WiFi. The apartment has family rooms. Top location, in City close to beach and restaurants. A plus is definitely the easy parking.

Guests can stay active with the fitness classes held on site. The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at this 5-star aparthotel. Kids pool is also available at the aparthotel, while guests can also relax in the garden. Very good apartment and well-equipped kitchen. Housekeeping is excellent. We were called twice if everything was OK.

This 5-star aparthotel offers a lift and full-day security. The aparthotel has private parking, a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. The view from our balcony was breathtaking the gardens were immaculate, swimming pool area was spotless and bar and restaurant was good. All staff were very friendly. The whole place is stunning yes the rooms are a bit dated but have everything you need for a weeks stay, great to have a full size fridge freezer and toaster microwave etc even a washing machine
