Very cosy cottage in the small village of Broadwell, a half hour walk from Stow-on-the-Wold. A great pub, the Fox, across the village green. The bathrooms have obviously been re-done recently. Loved the old-world charm yet all modern conveniences and comforts. The kitchen was completely stocked, to our surprise. The local soaps and pastries were a nice added touch. It was a blessing to have a washer/dryer since we had been vacationing for a week prior to arrival. Wish we were able to stay longer than 4 nights. The location was convenient to everything, and we experienced no street noise, as was reported in other reviews.
