Suzy greeted me at the door. She was the most delightful woman. My room was bigger than expected and I loved the decor. The breakfast was substantial and I ate very bit. My first visit to Brighton was spectacular and one of the reasons was my hotel, which was more of a bed and breakfast. I will stay there again.

The apartment was so cozy, modern in design ✅ and very very clean, it felt like home with extra bits and bobs you may have forgotten like toothpaste, shampoo etc. The size was perfect for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the apartment, we even used the game stash to play a bit of trivia with our kids. An extra is that during this heat wave that there were fans for the rooms :) The doorstep is at a bus stop which goes to the station.

great location in a quiet area but still fairly connected to shops and to get buses into central town. The hosts were great with communication and provided a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Brighton.

Incredible unique room, the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at! The shower was literally sparkling!!! Quirky pictures, the bed is really really comfortable! The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and simply makes you feel good right as you walk in. Antony takes care of all the details to make you feel at home. We were served a nice and tasty breakfast every day that includes a fresh bowl of fruits and a delicious homemade granola, which for me was a blessing. The bed is very comfortable and the room has all the nice amenities. Antony was very helpful with helping us find a location to park the car, getting our parking tickets and suggesting places to go in the city. Overall we just loved our stay and highly recommend.
