The spa facility was nice - we were able to pre-book a timeslot and have it just to ourselves which was nice. Even though you could hear the hustle of the city with open windows, once they were closed the outside noise disappeared.

The room was perfect, even better than the pictures. Super sunny with a lot of windows, which was something that we loved. It felt like home immediately when we walked in. Very cozy and nicely decorated. The location was very good, 3 minutes walk to the cathedral. The host was friendly and very helpful at all stages (we came by car and she recommended a nice parking very close to the room).

The location, right next to the ferry terminal and the old town. The bus and railway stations are less than ten minutes walk. The apartment is large with great views. Well equipped. There was no kettle but one was provided immediately when we asked. There was a minor problem with the microwave cleaning, but Alfonso was so apologetic and gave us a large box of chocolates to compensate.
