A beautiful house on above a gently flowing river, a short drive from Oakhurst, a town not far from Yosemite National Park (about an hour by car to the Valley). A generous room with the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, an excellent, well-equipped bathroom, and all in total silence. Really nice view over the river (if the room is available) - it rained/snowed heavily while we were there, and were delighted to enjoy the peace of this room during it.

Gull Lake is less than 5 minutes’ drive from the lodge. Mono Lake is less than 15 minutes’ drive away. The property was well maintained, clean, and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We forgot our jacket in the room and they helped mail it to us later. The location was also good. We arrived in the late afternoon and went out to enjoy a quick evening drive along the June Lake Loop (CA-158) at sunset. Such a fantastic view and shade of sky!

We hadn't expect breakfast included in the price. Fresh waffles at the morning were AWESOME!

Just 14 km from Yosemite National Park, Yosemite View Lodge is located along the Merced River and features 4 pools and a hot tub. A restaurant and bar are located on site. All guest rooms feature a kitchenette. location unique at rushing water if the river Merced (May). we asked for river facing room. that was possible and fantastic experience. great shop and facilities. 2 restaurants, arm. 2 pools, plenty of free parking lots.
