There are only 4 rooms (2 with balcony and 2 on the ground) so if you want a balcony view i suggest you write to homestay before about it.

The location is about 30mins car ride away (due to traffic) from Ubud, but I personally preferred being away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Also, the pool is AMAZING! Wifi was really strong too.
