it was our second time there. everything perfect. the staff is very proffesional and even helped us get a phone my partner left in the cab. they looked up the cab number from camera and called the taxi company and we got it back ❤️ taxi driver had already turned off the phone so he had no intension to actually return it. but thanks to the hotel staff we got it :) the breakfast is so good, my favourite.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town centre. The staff (Jenny, Louis, Leo, Peter) were very helpful with recommendations of places to see and eat. Also Fiona in the hotel spa was great. We had very good massages. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and was served in a very beautiful dining room. From the rooftop terrace you get the most beautiful view of the sun setting above the city

We have been travelling around Vietnam and Laos and for the 3rd time in few weeks we stopped at the San Palace Hotel.It's always a delight to arrive, the team is so welcoming, Charly, Camelia, Daff, Huy and Doan that we met on our last stop. The hotel is very well situated in Hanoi old quater The room is very spacious, very clean and very confortable. The breakfast choice is changing every day and i can say the best in Vietnam so far.

Highly recommended to stay Very good location in an alley away from the busy streets Hanoi is wonderful to explore We were helped in so many ways by Michael , Amanda and Tracy With extra special thanks to Tracy for all her assistance booking transport , giving tips etc , and all this with a big smile and good humor Breakfast is very good , also special thanks to the guy running the breakfast each morning !
