A wandefull villa that have sea view with a terrasse on top. The Villa is located in a new city that has a nice neach. The vill has a private swimming pool (10X4m) at the back side with enough privacy. You can organise and enjoy your party on the to of the villa where you receive fresh wind from the indian ocean. In the evening you see lights from Dar-Es-Salaam Port Tower.
A gentle man who will welcome you with good heart. Patient, humble and joyfull man. Though still new in the business.
Perfect neighborhood with a lot of facility. 35 minutes from the airport 45 minutes from the port of Zanzibar. The whole city is lightened, secured and tarmacked. Taxis, Uber, and private cars are available at a cheaper price. Hotels, and supermarkets on way from the airport to the city.
