About this property
A 3-minute walk from Hirayu Onsen Bus Terminal, Okada Ryokan Warakutei features Japanese-style accommodations with mountain views. Guests can relax in the public indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths or reserve a private bath including a sauna at a charge. Massages are also available. Rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Guests can relax in their rooms by watching the flat-screen satellite TV and they can store food in the fridge. The en suite bathroom comes with slippers for all guests. Local products can be purchased at the souvenir shop and guests can look out at the beautiful Japanese garden. Spa Warukatei offers open-air hot spring baths that can be used privately at a charge, upon advance reservation. Traditional multi-course meals featuring seasonal ingredients are served for dinner. The famous Hida beef can be tasted depending on the season. All meals are served in the dining room. Room service is available from 15:00-20:00. Part of Oku-Hida Spa Village, Ryokan Warakutei Okada is a 5-minute drive from Hirayu Onsen Ski Resort and a 30-minute drive from Kamikochi Area. Mt. Norikura is a 10-minute drive and JR Takayama Train Station is a 1-hour drive away. The area can be reached in 4 hours via a Keio bus from Shinjuku Station. Futon beds will be prepared when guests check in as a part of the efforts to control infections.

From Shinjuku or Takayama Station, take Nohi Bus and get off at Hirayu Bus Terminal to reach the property. This bus operates until late afternoon only.
Please note this property is located in Okuhida Hot Spring Villages. Guests will need to take a bus from JR Takayama Station.
