Victor was a exceptional host. He was very responsive through messaging in the Booking.com app, met us at the gate, gave us a tour of the apartment, gave us sightseeing recommendations, and when it was time to check out he not only walked us back upstairs to reuse his WiFi to call an Uber but he walked to the curb with us, helped put our bags in the car, and waved goodbye. He was by far the best part of our stay. With that sad, the location is excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot with good water pressure.

Victor was super kind and offered great advice from the very start, prior to my arrival. The place is charming, well located, the furnishing and facilities are great, comfortable and neat, and the host is very organized and ready to help. When I arrived and walked into the terrace I gasped at the view, even knowing it would be enchanting. Perfect location to walk everywhere –great museums, coffees, restaurants, parks, all within easy reach– and super easy to take the metro to everywhere, too. Would totally stay there again.

This place has the best location in the heart of the city, close to the main attractions. The terrace overlooks Santa Lucia Hill with a breathtaking view of the entire place. The owner, Victor was very nice and made you feel like visiting an old friend. He took his time to advise us on the best places to visit, how to get there, best restaurants and closest supermarkets.

Fantastic location opposite the Santa Lucia Park and right in the centre of Santiago. Lots of the sights were in walking distance and the apartment is right next to the Metro. The terrace is lovely, great views and perfect for an evening cerveza before dinner. Victor was friendly and helpful with his suggestions.

The host (Victor) is very friendly. He helped us showing the place to be visit and the place/thing to avoid for our safety. The kitchen is shared with the people in the house and the host but there was eveything we need in the kitchen. The terrace was peefect for a good view and photo.

Everything was great! Victor is a amazing host, the place was well located, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom is well clean and the room had good and cozy blankets for the cold. The kitchen had all the utilities that we need too. Victor provided everything we need, information and everything was great!!
