In accordance with national tax regulations, all Chilean citizens and foreigners residing in the country are required to pay an additional 19% VAT.

To be exempt from 19% VAT, foreign guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD and present a photocopy of the immigration card and passport. Guests paying in local currency will be charged this fee. In case of no-show at the establishment, the invoice will be issued in local currency and will include the VAT supplement.

In this, names, passport number (ID card) of each guest and additionally the passport photo (ID card) of the main guest (guest who made the reservation) will be requested.
