Welcome to Rose House. We are ideally located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in and close to Burquitlam skytrain station(3 min driving) , Lougheed town center (6 min driving) and SFU (10 min driving). Lougheed, known as “Koreatown,” is a vibrant hub of culture, cuisine, and shopping. This neighbourhood including London Drugs, Walmart ,Safeway, also is packed with incredible dining options which includes some best korean restaurants. There are 2 large bedrooms at upstair of a luxury house. Rooms are quite，bright and spacious, suitable for up to 4 guests. *We insists using clean bedding (bed sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases) and towels with hotel standard for every guest!* -Free high-speed Fibre Wi-Fi - Free parking, Plenty of parking space is available. -Total two big bedrooms， with one private bathroom . Each room are fully furnished with Queen-size bed，desk and chair, also ample closet space for all your belongings. All have window facing the back/front yard for a comfortable stay; -Bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath towel. Also, the detergent and the hairdryer are provided for your convenience. - Beautiful garden view. - Laundry is available. Consists of a washing machine and dryer . - EV(Tesla) charging is available upon request.
