Very conveniently located hotel tor us.
Arrived Vancouver airport 7pm, arrived 9pm - over night stop before onward journey on our first Canadian road trip (towards Banff).
Hotel much cheaper than for example we stayed in Vancouver.
Room very comfortable, spa bath in bedroom (lovely) separate bathroom and shower.
Breakfast plentiful, varied filling.
Staff very polite and helpful.
Small indoor (slash) pool and jacuzzi and a separate fitness room we didn’t use - but the jacuzzi would be fabulous after a long walk etc.
Felt uncomfortable only staying the one night, as the hotel was a means to an end for us yet deserved more from us (I know what I mean!!).
Planning on a staying again next year August/September - and with some research hope to stay here for more than one night, and not just an over nighter!
This Abbotsford, British Columbia hotel features a fully equipped fitness centre. Refrigerators are offered in all rooms. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Continental breakfast is included.

The front desk staff were nice, enjoyed having a continental breakfast even if it was kind of underwhelming, the parking was overall spacious and the rooms were quiet felt overall safe. Good pricing for what you get considering distance to Vancouver.

There was nothing I liked about this place, it's a dump with homeless people and drug addict's hanging around. Grounds are a mess, rooms are a mess. Dirty disgusting place. Don't stay here

There were no bugs.
There were no bugs. But I did check the mattress and base boards (which were showing many years of wear and tear) for signs.
The room was too hot, but once I figured out how to turn on the ancient air-conditioner, it quickly became comfortable. The furnishings were serviceable but chipped and worn.

We left the room 20 minutes after we got there because it was filthy. The owner has been harassing us since we asked for a refund. Even texting us trying to be booking.com
This whole experience has been creepy and crazy.
She used our booking information to go on this site and write a review of exceptional under our name. We did not write this. They really should be investigated

We liked the nice big room with the firm, comfortable beds and the fridge and microwave.
We were disappointed our room was not attended to all the time we were there. We had to ask for replacement items.
Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would return.

Comfortable, room was nice, accommodations was good and on time, clean room, great Wi-Fi, good working t. V. Nice closets /wardrobes, fridge is good, there are also 2 comfy chairs. There is a microwave and tea/coffee maker with cups, teas and coffee's, clean water, sugar, cream, mixing supplies, there is also a blow dryer, lotion, shampoo, soaps, basically everything you need is here. You can check in in person or online through booking.com or on other sites. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!
Pleasant surprise to find this property in much better shape than expected. Reviews on-line were not flattering. Other than the (prevalent) lack of courtesy by other people staying in the hotel - i.e. slamming room doors - or leaving their dog to bark in the room while they went to breakfast - our stay was fine. And the continental breakfast that reviewers were criticizing was very good - good options served - clean eating area. Overall very positive.
Clean and excellent room. Great location ear restaurants, A special shout out to Ms. Anita, she is a great host. wonderful and fun loving person and goes to great extents to make your stay pleasant and homily.
I had a great stay and will definitely recommend Anita's Bed And Breakfast and her home made fruit filled waffles to all who come new to Abbotsford, B.C.
Anita and her Team, keep it up guys you are doing an excellent job.
Love you guys.
Me and my partner both very much enjoyed our stay in Abbotsford and this BNB. The directions and check in from the host were perfect and the place is exactly what we needed for a few nights stopping over in the city. easy to navigate and we were able to get in and out with no trouble. if we’re ever in town again we will be sure to book again!
Attended an event at the Abbotsford Center. The Coast's location was central to the event and just a short Uber ride away, so that was very convenient. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and general shopping, all within walking distance. Just off Hwy 1 so easy to jump back on the freeway to our next destination.
WOW WOW WOW
Very very clean
Everything is so nicely setup. The bedroom is quiet big with 2 queen beds and a couch. The breakfast buffet was a lot of variety compared to the bigger hotels. Anita made some fancy omelets and it was a beautiful stay. I will definitely come back .
Thank you Anita .
Anita greeted us at the door and welcomed us into her Bed and Breakfast establishing great hospitality for my groups stay. The rooms are comfortable, with everything you need available to you for your stay. If you're staying in Abbotsford, look no further than Anita's Bed and Breakfast.
Chris and Sandi Bus were outstanding in every respect. We were in Abbotsford to help with a death of a family member. The Brookside Inn provided the perfect oasis for us to regenerate and complete the difficult task. We most highly recommend the Brookside Inn!!
Location excellent. Easy access to Hwy 1 to Vancouver. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Hotel set back off road and quiet.
Continental breakfast good with GF cereal options and GF bread available upon asking.
The hotel was very accommodating with the large group I came with. It was clean and very affordable - good location for food options and right by highway and was easy to locate
Really lovely hotel, had everything we needed for a lovely night stay. Bed super comfy. Chris was really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing.
Highly recommend.
We did not utilize the breakfast. It was something packaged that was put in a bag; coffee available in the lobby. The restaurant adjoining the hotel was very good!
