Nestled in the heart of Port Douglas on Flagstaff Hill, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beach activities, stunning walking trails and boutique dining and shopping. This corner villa is staged over three levels, furnished to entertain and keep everyone comfortable, with air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The main living area can be found on the second level offering an extra-large couch so everyone has a spot to kick back while they watch a movie on the smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for your holiday catering, with a kitchen island to prep meals or chat with the chef. Dine together at the eight-seater table or slide the glass doors open to access a private balcony, the perfect spot to take in the mountain views while enjoying a drink or a BBQ around the alfresco dining setting. Down the stairs, you'll find the sparkling, private plunge pool and shaded sun loungers to relax on. At the end of the day, guests will enjoy utmost privacy with four spacious bedrooms, all offering a private ensuite. The primary bedroom on the third floor highlights an open-air bathroom with dual vanities and a soaker bath, plus access to an expansive balcony with sprawling views. On the second level, there’s another king suite, while two additional bedrooms occupy the ground floor, each featuring a king bed, with one offering the option of two single beds upon request before arrival. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, a powder room, and secure parking for one car. Please note that there is ongoing construction nearby, which may result in noise during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to grow and improve.
