Access to the train station is also reasonable and is a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to Kameari station. Also, if your birthday falls during your stay, the host will celebrate it by setting up a small dinner for you! :D Very personal touch to a very wonderful experience!

Every morning, Jij prepares a table for breakfast, where you can eat toasted bread with jam and a boiled egg (and of course, coffee !) He is really good with his guests and always willing to help. The atmosphere there is nice, and the old man (this is how he is called) is always in for a chat and a laugh! The accommodation is nice, clean, just what is needed for a backpacker on a few day's trip to Tokyo!

It's beautiful, comfy, and really clean. Sanae San is an amazing host, very kind and organized. The fact that it's a women-only guesthouse also makes it a safer place for us to feel fully at home. Also, very well connected because Koenji station is just 10 minutes walking. I would definitely come back. I recommend Sanae's San breakfast!!! It was delicious.

Strict rules regarding quietness and cleanliness are kept, which is very good. The cleanliness is exceptional and everything at a great price. You have at your disposal a refrigerator and a kitchen equipped with everything for serving and heating your own food. The location is also privileged. The nearest airport is Tokyo Haneda Airport, 15 km from Akasaka Guesthouse HIVE. The staff went out of their way to accomodate for my continuous requests and changes. Extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were managed really well and clean. Couldn'tbe happier with my stay. There is a small kitchen.
