Our host Federico was extremely helpful and responsive. He helped us to organise the next leg of our trip because we ran into some troubles. He was really easy to contact and accommodated our checkin. The facilities were clean, neat and spacious. Wifi worked really well including in the room and the location was in a safe neighbourhood. We took the bus quite easily to get into the plaza de armas. And were very close to a large supermarket and the barrio Italia which had heaps of fantastic restaurants and good food!

The rooms are very nice, TV with Netflix, with tap water, a very comfortable bed and wardrobes. It's a kind of small very good equipped hotel room in a hostel atmosphere! The breakfast is awesome too

Jean Paul instantly made us feel at home. Highly recommend staying here should you wish to stay at a hostel in Santiago. Although it is said that this area has become less safe due to the recent situation in chile Jean guided us on the dos and don’ts and we felt very safe.

Only 200 metres from Santa Isabel Metro Station, Ventana Sur Hostal features a swimming pool and a terrace. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are provided. Common kitchen and BBQ facilities are available. Awesome location with good vibes! The pool is helpful to get along with the heat in Santiago. Great fun, highly recommended!

I really had a good time there and enjoyed my last days in santiago. I highly recommend it, its really comfortable and also a relaxing, clean place

Featuring a fully equipped shared kitchen, Hostal Providencia offers accommodations with free WiFi and 24-hour front desk assistance. This is the most beautiful hostel I've ever stayed at. The facilities are good, there's free coffee 24/7, there was always toilet paper and everything was kept clean. Also, the patio was an amazing bonus. The location was great. Last but not least: Gonzalo hooked me up with an excellent room, which I'm very grateful for. Not all heroes wear capes. Give the man a raise and some praise!

Located in the trendy neighbourhoood of Providencia in Santiago, Aji Hostel is a cheerful hostel featuring accommodation with free WiFi access. It was so clean, amazing breakfast in the morning, a ton of common space, in a great neighborhood and I was able to easily meet a ton of new people :)
