Boasting sea views, Apartments and Rooms Maritimo features accommodation with terrace, around 5.6 km from Orlando Column. The property has river and garden views, and is 5.8 km from Onofrio's... There was a free parking spot close by and the location was easy to reach by car. The bus stop is just across the street and the busses to the old town leave every 10-20 minutes and costs 2€ (cash). The host was nice and offered us welcome drinks when we arrived and made sure we knew how to use the public transportation. The air condition and basic amenities worked well. Great place to crash for a night or two when visiting Dubrovnik.

The location was perfect: with the stairs down and you were at old town. The host was very friendly and helpfull. The room was very very clean and the private parking space was a plus! They were very flexible about letting us check in early, and also offered late checkout (though we didn’t needed it). Was a very comfortable stay and good value, and only a short walk from old town.
