Property was spacious, with plenty of interesting places to explore. My kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool (though it was ice cold glacial runoff), and playing on their playground. they also had ping pong, fooseball, and a trampoline, which makes it a great destination to go for kids, since Las Trancas doesn't offer a ton of child-focused entertainment options. I think they are trying to create a communal / hostel type experience, though everyone mostly keeps to themselves (not sure if its because it wasn't very full, or because of COVID precautions).

I like the location, far from populated cities, but not far from Pinto center or Chillan. Very friendly service, clean rooms, clean swimming pool, fresh air. Meet my expectations. I don’t think it is disadvantage, but there was not a good mobile signal. But for me and my family it was fine cause the main objective was to fully disconnect from noisy city.
