In my opinion it is excellent value for location, clean small rooms and free parking. I have stayed here 3 times. Very clean rooms and the cleaning ladies were very nice, friendlier than reception staff. It is not a luxury hotel and I did not pay for same so my expectations were met, I genuinely think this hotel represents very very good value and would recommend overall.

There is a brand new washing machine, outside seating area (though we could not use it due to the wet weather). The property is very clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
