Had a weekend stay with my partner and it was lovely. A very relaxing atmosphere even though we were so near to Cali's popular tourist points the noise didn't disturb our rest at all. For the price we paid it was right on point, we was welcomed and our room was nice and clean. The first thing we enjoyed when the sun came out was that lovely, refreshing swimming pool.

the design of the house and the details they put in the house. the fresh breakfast was amazing! nice menu, fresh ingredients, great variety on the recipes. the personnel was friendly, helpful, and willing to share tips and recommendations. bonus: they have a beautiful cat and dog.

Casa Ruta Sur goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The staff are truly the heart of the experience. They were always available to assist with any needs, from providing directions to local attractions to offering personalized recommendations for dining and entertainment. The accommodations were very good offering cleanliness, comfort, and a touch of personality in the room. The garden was very beautiful, full of plants and providing perfect settings for relaxation and socializing. Overall, I highly recommend the stay at Casa Ruta Sur.

I booked here although it was so new that it didn’t have any reviews and I was not disappointed. Fabian, the owner is very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The property looks new and clean. Dorm rooms are not crowded and have a good fan for cooling the room at night (I was the only person in the room which was a bonus) Kitchen is well equipped and new. Roof terrace is beautiful to sit and look out over the city. When this property is known better I think it will be full all the time - I wish them all the best

Brand new hostel with the loveliest people working there. I felt so welcome, because every person working at the hostel was kind, helpful and fun to be around. The staff took their time for all their guests, giving tips, helping with problems, or just chatting with us. Everything was super clean as well. Highly recommend this hostel!

The hospitality of staff is the best I've had , that is base on my traveling experience in over 50 countries, Patricia and Muaricio extremely attentive making sure everything is 100% to my satisfaction and Maria, Staff member always willing to please making me feel like a king. Perfectly located withing few blocks of everything in a extremely save area. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and extremely quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends, family and people I know. AAAA+++ In accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality and affordability. The only place I'll stay when I get another chance to visit to Cali Colombia.
