Manager is helpful and very accomodating. Beds are comfy and there are lots of blankets to keep you warm at night! Perfect location, you are close to restaurants and bars but also surrounded by nature and away from the buzz. There is also a bar and a nice social area. Was a lovely respite from typical hostel accommodation.

Guests will find a refrigerator and a tea and coffee maker in the kitchenette. The tent also has a barbecue. Arriving in this unique pearl in Ella was absolutely breathtaking. The tent was unique, scenic view was stunning and the related house for baths/washroom was super nice too. The most amazing part was however the caretaker Damanyanthi’s incredible care for us. She cooked us the best meals we’ve had in our time in Sri Lanka - from coconut pancakes to the best curries, daal, veggie dishes. She was always so kind, supportive with suggestions and helpful for our trip. She replies within the minute(!!!) and is absolutely the best host. We cannot recommend this place and her care enough.

This place was truly the best experience I lived in my 4 months in Sri Lanka. Haputale is incredible and the camping site is placed in a strategic point which has an incredible view over the hill country. To reach it you have to walk for 15 minutes in a gorgeous tea plantation. And the food… super delicious. Most importantly, the guys managing it are very friendly and were so nice to us. Thank you Viraj, Thila and Hishan, we truly loved your camp! We’ll definitely come back :)
