The property was lovely and easy to get to. The rooms were very comfortable with modern touches. The staff was extremely welcoming and it felt like a true home away from home stay. I also had some of the best meals during my stay.

A paradise at the border of Umbrie and Toscana. The facilities are perfect for a perfect stay. The restaurant is really a gastro one with accessible prices. The pool is a wonderful place to read and take advantage of the landscape. Perfect place to discover Umbrie and its treasures. Less known as Toscano but nothing to envy!

Great view over the lake. Personal approach delivered by the owner. Note, this place is rather remote, you would need to have your own car to travel around easily.

This is amazing place: room was great, we had an extra bed for our 11yearold, but even with an extra bed we had plenty of space. Breakfast was very good and authentic. Analisa was super friendly and very caring. Stefano and his daughter are amazing hosts. The pool was very good. But the best thing that you hardly can see anywhere else are the animals: a lot of exotic animals living very comfortably at the farm. Not only fun for children, but my husband and I loved them too!
