I have not enough words to say how much I enjoyed staying at this beautiful place. Ivan is the nicest, most helpful owner I have ever encounter. Everything about the place was perfection. Their little dog Toto became a big attraction as he led us about the property. Our stay in our two bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen area was absolutely perfect, clean, homey and comfortable. Ivan was always available to share a glass of wine and advice about the area. The view from the balcony of Montepulciano took my breath away. Do yourself a favour and book this place before you miss out.

The amenities offered were top-notch, including a spa, fitness center, and a variety of dining options. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub area which was clean and inviting.
