Five Star Westlake 1st-4th Floors Hotel & Serviced Apartment encontra-se em Hanói, a 1,5 km de Mausoléu de Hồ Chí Minh, e apresenta acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado... Breakfast is included and it tastes good. I woke up early everyday to enjoy this grateful morning time. At the roof I can have an overview of West Lake which is good. The staff there can speak English well and really supportive which exceeds my expectations. I wanted to have a message but unfortunately most of the shops closed during Tet Holidays in Vietnam, but the staff kept trying and finally found a place available. I had a great massage in the end. The whole building is clean and in order. Despite it's a private owner hotel, the service was quite valuable even equals to real five-star hotels. People can rent a bike to circle the West Lake and take Grab to the Old Quarters. While I also suggest to enjoy a different experience walking from the hotel to the Old Quarters, it takes around 40mins. In conclusion, I can't recommend more to book this high valuable hotel during trip in Hanoi.

I enjoyed my stay and tried to book another night but unfortunately they were fully booked. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

You actually get a clean, big, beautiful, modern flat for this price with a kitchen and all the necessities. (Unfortunately, I only have videos not pictures of the accommodation but trust my word when I tell you it's so well-equipped that they even have more things than you need.) I definitely recommend this accommodation.
