The staff was outstanding, they were on top of our needs and offered great recommendations and insights about any question we had.

Famed bars, an awe-inspiring crystal chandelier restaurant, a fitness area and a glass dome indoor pool are featured at this landmark Financial District Palace. Staff is amazing all around. Facilities are old, but everything works and nothing seems run down or overused. They take really good care of this property and all of the details.
